Diploma & Transcript Apostille Made Easy

Need your diploma apostilled? We offer fast, affordable apostille services for academic documents in every state, so your diploma is ready for international use.

Academic Apostille Process

We offer two professional pathways to apostille your academic documents, depending on your destination country’s requirements and your school’s policies. Both options result in a valid apostille, but the method used will depend on whether a certified true copy is acceptable or if the documents must be notarized directly by the issuing institution.

Option 1: Notarized Attestation (Certified True Copy)

This option allows us to create a certified true copy of your diploma and notarize an attestation confirming its authenticity before obtaining the apostille. It is the most efficient and widely accepted method for academic apostilles, making it ideal for clients who need a faster turnaround without coordinating directly with their school. Because many countries accept notarized copies for apostille purposes, this approach simplifies the process, reduces delays, and eliminates the need for institutional involvement — making it the preferred solution in most cases.

Notarize Documents

We notarize the attestation confirming the authenticity of the certified true copy.

Apostille

We hand-deliver the notarized document to the Secretary of State to obtain the official apostille.

Option 2 - School Registrar Notarization

This option requires the academic documents to be notarized directly by the school registrar before apostille processing. It is considered the more formal institutional method and is necessary when the receiving country or authority requires the documents to be notarized in the state where they were originally issued. In cases where jurisdiction matters — meaning the apostille must be issued by the Secretary of State where the school is located — registrar notarization ensures full compliance with state-specific authentication requirements and international standards.
